Return and Refund Policy for Armour Esports

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases made through www.armouresports.com.

1. General

We offer refunds, returns, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the terms set out in this Policy. The rights set out here apply in addition to your statutory rights under the ACL.

Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you understand your rights and what you can expect from us.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure with goods;

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure;

  • Have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If there is any inconsistency between this Policy and the ACL, the ACL will prevail.

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or find the same item cheaper elsewhere.

4. Damaged Products During Delivery

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@armouresports.com.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 15 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and included items.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund once we confirm the damage.

5. Exceptions

We may refuse a repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product was misused, mishandled, or improperly cared for;

  • You were informed of a known issue prior to purchase;

  • You requested modifications against our advice;

  • Any exceptions under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is due to a fault or issue covered by Consumer Guarantees:

  • We will cover return shipping and the shipping of any replacement.

  • If the item is easy to post, you will need to arrange return shipping and we will reimburse reasonable costs.

  • If the item is large or difficult to return, we will arrange collection.

If the returned item is found not to be faulty or eligible under this Policy, you may be responsible for all inspection, return, or re-shipping costs.

7. Response Time

We aim to process all valid return, refund, or repair requests within 14 business days of receiving the returned product and required documentation.

8. How to Return a Product

To request a return, refund, or repair:

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos (if applicable)

    • Proof of purchase

  3. You may be asked to provide government-issued ID for security and verification purposes.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
